Favourite sport: Climbing is my favourite sport. I climb 4 times a week, and compete in regional and some national competitions.

Who is your sporting role model and why? 

My sporting role model is Molly Thompson-Smith. This is because she recently had a major set back as she had a finger injury, but she showed how determined she is and not long ago competed in the Word lead semi-finals. I look up to her because of her determination to succeed no matter how hard things may be.

Best sporting achievement: 

My best sporting achievement is placing 3rd in the South West, and qualifying to represent the South West at a national competition in Edinburgh as a result.

Why do you enjoy sport?

I like doing sport, because it is a great way to clear your head of any stresses or worries, as you can just focus on what you are doing and have fun. Also, the feeling of achieving a goal - no matter how big or small - is indescribable.

What is your sport goal for the future?

My aspirations for the future are to compete regularly at a national level, but also to enjoy myself and be the best that I can be.

What's your favourite everactiv item?

I love all the products by Everactiv, but in particular, the blue power shorts and infinity crop top are my favourite.
