Best sporting achievement or memory
I qualified to compete in the Welsh Finals of Regional Grade 5 in Llanelli. I was so nervous and excited, especially when I came 4th overall. I was particularly excited to get second place in the range and conditioning round, it's really hard because I have to be really controlled and strong.
What is your sport goal for the future?
Even if I don't make it to elite level in any of my sports I always want to be active, healthy and fit. I think I will always be sporty. It's my goal to be fit and healthy always.
Sporting role model
Amy Tinkler because she managed to train towards a bronze Olympic medal in Rio and do her GCSEs in the same year - sporty and clever!
Why I love being sporty and active
When I'm doing sport it makes me happy. I have lots of friends in lots of different clubs and I love trying out different activities. I also like perfecting new gym skills that take months and months of practice, it makes me feel like I have achieved something special.
I love the drive sports leggings, I love wearing leggings to training sessions because they let me train comfortably and keep my muscles warm when I finish.
