Favourite sport: Triathlon, running and netball.

Who is your sporting role model and why? 

Vicky Holland because she is the first British woman to ever win an Olympic triathlon medal! In the 2012 olympics she had an unfortunate bike crash but carried on and finished 22nd. Then in Rio 2016 she went on to win the bronze medal. I would love to be like her because even after problems she carries on and achieves. She lets nothing stop her!

Best sporting achievement: 

I came second in my schools 1500m on sports day. At Hever castle triathlon I did my first duathlon very last minute because I was told on the day.

Why do you enjoy sport?

I love the adrenaline rush when doing a race or playing a match. It makes me feel so happy. Running also gives me a great feeling because I love being outside and working towards a goal. It gives me time to be the best version of me. Being active is great because I know I’m doing what I love and keeping fit at the same time!

What is your sport goal for the future?

I want to do an Ironman and finish it in under 15 hours. I really admire anyone who has finished an Ironman. I am going to do it, whatever it takes because I love a challenge and a goal into train for.

What's your favourite everacitv item and why?

My favourite everactiv item is the maroon bamboo tee because it is comfy and easy to move in. I love the design and the colour. It also goes really well with so much of my sports gear! I would definitely recommend it if you want a comfy and colourful sports top.
