Favourite sports: Running, swimming and trampolining.

Best sporting achievement: In February this year I did the Scottish High Schools cross country and came 19th out of 144 people with a time of 10:22. I was the only person from my school and I thought it was a great achievement for me.

Sports clubs: Step Rock Swimming Club and Fife Athletics Club.

Sport goal for the future: I would like to break a Scottish and even a world record in middle distance running or in swimming.

Sporting role model: My sporting role model is my friend Anna Hedley. She is my role model because she is always aiming for gold and doing the very best she can. She keeps motivated and she gives me tips and helps me. At running we always have a good laugh, but we do focus. She is very kind and very supportive.

Why do you like being sporty? I like to be sporty because it gives me something to do. I like to keep fit and healthy for a better future. I also am able to have more time to myself to think and try and do the best I can. As I get older I want to have hobbies and interests for a balance especially when I sit exams. I also like it when I see my results and the results of my friends online and in the newspapers!

My everactiv:  I like the shorts - they fit really well and have a cool pattern. The colours are great and I love that they are reversible. I also like the infinity crop top.

1) Chest: Measure all the way around your chest at the fullest points.
2) Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
3) Leg Length: Measure from the inside at the top of your leg to your ankle.
