Distance running is my number one (track, road and cross country) but I am a general sports lover! I particularly like netball, tennis and rock climbing!Best achievement or memory
I have so many amazing running memories but I think that are running up a gigantic hill before breakfast in Corfu with my dad, breaking my parkrun PB for the first time in 6 months, winning my first inter school's cross country and qualifying for my first county finals. But, almost every day of training is a huge enjoyment!
South London Harriers (running club), my school netball team and Bromley Tennis Club.
My short term goals are definitely to compete for my county, break 5 minutes for 1500m and break 19:40 for 5km! As for long term goals, I would love to compete for England one day - it's a big goal but I love running so much that it is the ultimate dream!Role model
I have three main role models: number one is Laura Muir - I think she is absolutely incredible, particularly how she manages her sport and her studying, number two is Emil Zátopek - his dedication and methods were so admirable and number three is a little closer to home: my dad! He is my number one running partner and we inspire each other every day!Why I love being active
Sport gives me an unbeatable feeling of purpose and achievement! I don't think my life would be the same without it! It allows me to channel my energy and push myself to my limits - there is nothing better than the feeling after a great run! Almost all the time, I am looking forward to my next training session or race - it's addictive! It also helps me manage my anxiety and allows me to release after a school day! Finally, it's an amazing way to socialise and meet new people. I have made so many brilliant friends through sport and I love meeting people with like interests (so we can talk about running for hours!)My everactiv
I particularly love the infinity crop top - I think the design is very unique and stylish at the same time! Plus, it's super comfortable!
